Characteristics of FINEDEX
FINEDEX is a super precision angle index device, used on a surface grinding machine. High indexing accuracy is realized with our original mechanism structure for smaller sized index table. This index table can be used with wet machining as well.
±0.0015/100(mm) means indexing accuracy after table rotation is within 0.0015 against 100mm of measured length.

Precision Vise with a workpiece
Powerfully and precisely clamping a non-magnetic material or a small workpiece is enabled by mounting NAGASHIMA's original precision vise. A permanent flat magnetic chuck (option) is also mountable.
The Dresser is Attachable
The dresser can be mounted on the upper FINEDEX unit. Thus, dressing a grinding wheel is easily processed with FINDEX on a grinding machine.
