Integral Structure for High Rigidity
Our original and strongest feature of surface grinding machine's vertical (Y) axis is an integral structure of column head. During machining operations, the spindle head was designed to run off as little as possible; therefore, highly accurate machined surface is processed with ease. A long sliding surface with heavy weight, we guarantee a vertical (Y) axis' infeed accuracy and repeatability ±1µm for 10 years.
Scraped Surfaces for All Sliding Surfaces
All sliding surfaces are elaborately scraped to produce excellent straightness and high quality machined surfaces which cannot obtain by machine finish. Left-Right (X) axis has scraped four-surfaces, two V-shaped, Front-Back (Z) axis has symmetrical scraped six-surfaces to enhance stability and accuracy. Furthermore, the Left-Right table's overhang is restrain to a limit.
High Reciprocating to Shorten a Machining Time
Mechanical structure remains the same as the past, a hydraulic device provides high speed inversion. For instance, Max. 300-500 inversion per min. at 10mm stroke is possible when traditional hydraulic drive was not able to achieve. This will enable following: step machining's allowance in millimeters at high speed. Operation is simple, only select high speed to change instantly.
